About a month ago we decided to take the bunk beds apart, move Elizabeth into her own room and put Rachel and Jorgan together in a bedroom. The move was initially to help Elizabeth have more responsibilities and hopefully help encourage her to have more grown up behavior.
Surprisingly, the change has had a grown up effect on Rachel too. All of the sudden she is finding "Big Sister" things to do. It's fun to watch her take on the role of helper when Elizabeth is gone at school.

Isn't fun watching the middle turn into an oldest. AJ has been doing the same thing. Especially with Lilly gone for 6 hours a day for school. It makes my heart happy and sad.
What a sweet girl she is! I love it when the kids get along!
