Silver Lake

We are lucky enough to live about half a mile from a small lake called Silver Lake. The City has 2 parks and a trail around the lake, so on Monday we desided that we should try out the main park and the lake. So here are the kids playing at an awesome park!




I can say this is an awesome park because we had a great weather day! It was nice and warm (you know the in 80's... most people here call that HOT.. but we know better!), and since we are in Washington there are tons of trees to shade us from the sun.
After we played for a while, we took the kids down to the beach to swim. The water was pretty chilly... but my kids never care much about that!



We had a great time and hopefully we will get another Silver Lake day before summer ends :o(
